If you change your mind regarding a purchase, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of the delivery of your order, all costs incurred in returning the product will be at the customer's expense. You can return using a courier / postal service of your choosing to which items must be in a resalable condition and all tamper seals must be unbroken.
Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel the contract that was formed when you purchased on nichefoods.co.uk. You may cancel the contract for any reason and at any time throughout the cancellation period. The cancellation period covers from the time of dispatch to 14 days of the delivery of goods. The right to cancel is additional to your statutory rights as a consumer and our standard returns and exchange policy.
How to Exercise the Right To Cancel

Goods must be returned within 14 consecutive days from the Right to Cancel was exercised, this includes weekend and holiday periods.
If you cancel the contract, you have to pay all return postage costs incurred, please ensure that goods are adequately packaged, unfortunately, we are unable to accept items damage in return postage for a refund/replacement. A refund or replacement can only be offered when we have received the goods, we advise that you use a tracked service for all returns.
Upon receiving the goods within the 14 days of cancelling the contract we will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of returned products including delivery charges up to the value of our least expensive delivery method. The reimbursement will be paid using the same method of payment of the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that the Right to Cancel does not apply to opened items or tamper seals have been broken.
Damaged / Faulty Products
In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched please contact by email at info@nichefoods.co.uk stating your order number and the issue with the product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
